The Clarkrange High School Lady Buffaloes held their 2024 Basketball Banquet this past week on May 8th. They enjoyed a delicious meal catered by Dairy Mart before their Guest Speaker, Adam Beaty gave an incredible performance, which is posted on his Facebook page, before giving a motivational speech to the team. The parents and families may have enjoyed this as much as the players. Afterward Coach Rogers presented awards and plaques to players, managers, Bus Driver Lee Brown, and his wife Angela, and to CHS Principal Sherri York.
Awards were voted on by players and some were determined by statistics.
Miss Hustle- Lydia Phillips
Rebound Award- Payton Manis
Foul Shooting Awards- Sophia Sitton and Macie Threet (unable to make it due to the weather)
Three-Point Award- Chloe Rogers
Assist Award- Lydia Phillips
Most Improved- Kady Hopkins and KeiLee Delk
Leadership Award- Chloe Rogers
Most Spirited- KeiLee Delk
Manager Award- Seth Guzman, Caden Upchurch, and Gabbie Miller. Aubrey
Kruss and Addison Gunter were not able to make it.
Bus Driver Lee Brown and his wife Angela were presented with a plaque for their wonderful support and encouraging words to all teams throughout the season.
Coach Rogers also presented CHS Principal Sherri York with a plaque in appreciation of her leadership and support all year.
The Clarkrange Lady Buffaloes want to thank everyone for coming to their games this past season and for their continued support. We hope to see many of you at some of our summer camp games!
