NOTICE TO:
HEIRS OR CLAIMANTS OF JESSIE BAXTER
HEIRS OR CLAIMANTS OF ELLEN HODGIN
HEIRS OR CLAIMAINTS OF WARREN REAGAN, OR
ANY UNKNOWN HEIR OR CLAIMANTS.

You are hereby notified that a complaint has been filed against you in the Chancery Court of Fentress, Tennessee, by TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN STONE, LLC. The general nature of the complaint against you is that of a quiet title action to the property described below:
Lying and being in the Second Civil District of Fentress County, Tennessee, and about 9½ miles from the Courthouse in Jamestown by way of US Highway 127 to the Fairview and Double Top Roads, and beginning at the northeast corner of the Casher Brown Tract on the west margin of the Double Top Road and running thence with said roadway North 65° East 200 feet; thence North 230 feet; thence still continuing with said roadway North 20° West about 300 feet and thence North 15° East about 290 feet to the southeast corner of the Dock Reagan Tract; thence with the south lines of the Dock and Uin Reagan Tracts about North 75° West 1550 feet to a corner of the Brown Tract; thence following the north line of said Brown Tract South 06° West 260 feet; South 25° East 350 feet; South 37° East 350 feet; South 61° East 300 feet; South 76° East 200 feet; South 25° East 70 feet and South 70° East 550 feet to the beginning corner, containing 33 acres, more or less.
You are required to appear and defend this lawsuit within 30 days from the date of the last publication of this notice. The last date of publication will be October 23, 2024. You may contact the Chancery Court Clerk, Linda Smith, at 140 Justice Center Drive, Suite 110, Jamestown, Tennessee 38556, for a true and exact copy of the Complaint. If you fail to appear and defend this lawsuit within 30 days, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
This notice will be published in Fentress Courier Today for four consecutive weeks.

   Notice is Hereby Given that on the 10th day of October, 2024, Letters Testamentary, of Administration, in respect to the Estate of Barbara Ann Homan, deceased, were issued to the undersigned by the Clerk & Master of the Chancery Court of Fentress County, Tennessee.
   All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured against his (or her) Estate are required to file the same in triplicate with the Clerk & Master of the above named Court within: (1)(A) four (4) months from the date of the first publication or posting of the public notice if the creditor received an actual copy or such notice at least 60 days before the date that is four months from the date of the first publication or posting; or (B) 0 days from the date the creditor received an actual copy of this notice; if the creditor received the copy of the notice less than 60 days prior to the date that is four months from the date of first publication or posting as described in (1)(A); or (2) twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death; otherwise their claim will be forever barred.
