Potter, deceased, who died the 3rd day May, 2024, were issued to the undersigned by the Clerk & Master of the Chancery Court of Fentress County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and nonresident, having claims, matured or unmeasured, against the Estate are required to file the same with the Clerk & Master of the above-named Court on o--r before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2), otherwise their claims will be forever barred:

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Note dated SEPTEMBER 29, 2022, and the Deed of Trust of even date, securing said Note recorded SEPTEMBER 30, 2022, in Book 371, at Page 106-126, as Document #22003743 in the Register's office for FENTRESS County, Tennessee, executed by TAYLOR F WATSON AND JONATHAN K WATSON, WIFE AND HUSBAND, conveying the certain property described therein to CHARLES E.
